Upgrading query functionality
Scheduled Maintenance Report for Futureproofs
The update is now complete and all data should be as expected. I'm sorry that it took longer than planned to get this done, and we've made some plans to avoid similar issues in future.

The site may run a little slowly for the next hour or two as the database recovers from the hammering it received during this process!

And we all hope that you like the new query features that this update has brought.

Our final script is currently deleting those pesky duplicate queries, so everything should hopefully be back to normal soon. Sorry for the delay.

The site is now live again, but there are a few lingering issues from the conversion. It should be usable, but old queries may appear duplicated. We're tidying up and everything should be back to full operation soon.

The conversion of queries is now complete. We've just got to fix a few individual cases where the data didn't copy across to the new structure correctly.

The process of copying all the queries in our database over to the new structure is taking longer than we'd hoped. (There's just so much more data than in our test systems!) This means that Futureproofs will remain unavailable for longer than we originally said.

I'm very sorry about this and we'll keep you updated.

In progress
Scheduled maintenance is currently in progress. We will provide updates as necessary.

We're releasing a major update to our query functionality, which brings a few features that people have wanted for a while - especially, the ability to include multiple people in a query. If you'd like to find out more, we've got a blog post here: http://blog.wearefutureproofs.com/new-query-tools/

However, because this makes significant changes to the database that lies behind the queries, Futureproofs will be unavailable for up to an hour while we make these changes. I'm very sorry if this prevents you getting any work done as you'd planned, but I hope that the new query tools will make up for it!
